Chirag has 13+ years of experience in US Staffing Industry and has been involved with developing long-range goals & annual objectives, P&L, Process Improvements and liaising between US Sales & Offshore delivery teams as well as managing ROI of teams. Implemented recruitment strategies and staffing programs designed to attract and retain the highest quality of candidates. He started his career working with Collabera for about 10 years and later joined Rang Technologies wherein he worked as an Associate Vice President. Chirag is a graduate in Instrumentation and holds a post-graduation degree in Electronics.
